These terms cover this website and the early access list. They do not cover the iPhone app, which will carry its own terms when it is released.

What this page offers

The chance to join a list and be emailed once when early access to the app opens, and to express a preference on the app's name. Nothing is being sold on this page and no payment is taken.

What is not promised

• No date is guaranteed. The app is in active development and may be delayed.
• Features described on this page may change, be delayed, or be removed.
• Joining the list does not guarantee a place in early access if capacity is limited.
• The name vote is advisory. The final decision rests with the operator.

Acceptable use

Do not submit an email address that is not yours, and do not attempt to submit automatically or in bulk. Signups that appear automated may be removed.

Leaving

Reply to any email you receive, or write to the address above, and you will be removed.

Liability

This page is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any loss arising from use of this page or reliance on statements made on it about software that does not yet exist.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
